They are very professional, Alex helped us with our enquiry and the items were delivered on time. Fady was so professional and helped us with customising the wheel chair that we needed, he came to our house few times and we are so happy with the wheel chair that we got. Highly recommend Gilani engineering!

I recently Hired to Buy a Smart Wheels Electric Wheelchair. My wife can't be more pleased with the wheelchair. It's easy to operate and use. It is easy to drive up ramps into the car and it folds so easily. I like to thank Nora Gargis for helping us out with the price. She is very easy to deal with. Thank you. Cheers David

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding – Both Product & Service! We were fortunate enough to purchase the Gilani Smart Wheelchair a few months ago, and it has genuinely exceeded all of our expectations. The wheelchair itself is incredible – beautifully designed, comfortable, reliable, and makes everyday life so much easier. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating such a high-quality product. But what truly sets Gilani Engineering apart is their exceptional service. From the very beginning, the team has been nothing short of fantastic – friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Every question we had was answered thoroughly, and the support we’ve received since purchasing has been just as outstanding as the product itself. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only delivers an amazing product but also backs it up with genuine care for their customers. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and can’t recommend Gilani Engineering highly enough. Thank you for making such a positive difference in our lives!

My mother is in aged care and required a power chair. Gilani was recommended to us by a health professional. Gilani’s customer service is outstanding. The team modified her chair to suit her mobility needs and ensured that the chair was the right one for her. Fadi delivered the chair and took the time to set it up and take mum through the operational features. Fadi was patient, clear and professional. Fadi was also very responsive and prompt to my request to attend mum’s residence to check the chair when we had a small issue. Thank you Fadi and the team. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Gilani Engineering after finding them on Google to install dual controls in my car for teaching driving students. My call was answered by Alex, who was very helpful and booked my appointment for the date I requested. I travelled from Newcastle to Sydney early in the morning for the job. Although the installation wasn’t completed by the promised time, the mechanic, Bayger, honestly explained that he hadn’t been informed by reception that my car was booked for the morning, which caused the delay. Despite this, I give Bayger 5 stars for his honesty and the quality of his work. It has been 4 months since the installation, and my car’s dual controls are working perfectly. I highly recommend Bayger and Gilani Engineering for their quality workmanship and service 👌

I was a wheelchair newbie - still able to stand and walk a little bit but not far, hence the chair. I had no idea what I needed nor what was available. I did my due diligence and researched the chairs online which led me to Gilani. I needed to get a robust chair to enable me to keep working. I chose the King Chair. I first met Andrew who let me trial the chair in the showroom - even let me take it outside to the grass to see how it handled. He even let me see if my husband and son could lift it into my boot - which it did. We trialed some different ramps but quickly realised that we would have to invest in the boot hoist, so I could independently manage getting the chair in and out of the car. I was very impressed with the patient Fadi who delivered the chair twice to my place of employment. I had to demonstrate that I would be able to operate the chair in a safe manner whilst at work due to time constraints and WHS requirements. Fadi was very positive and provided advice as needed and treated me with the greatest respect. Just a wonderful ambassador for Gilani Engineering. Nothing was too much trouble. Once I had decided on the chair I moved to have the hoist installed in my vehicle.Hossein and Anthony from the Gilani team of installers were wonderful. I was impressed with their manner in which they conducted the install and they communicated with me at each stage of the process. I learned to use the hoist in no time and had to return to the service department a few days later to have a minor adjustment made. Anthony was very generous in giving up his Saturday morning to help out when I could not be there during the week. Having access to my "legs" was revolutionary for my life. I am so grateful to Gilani for all they have done to help me on my way.
