At Gilani Mobility we understand that equipment hire is a great option for many of our customers. Customers of Gilani Mobility enjoy access to the largest and most modern rental disability equipment in Australia.
Our rental equipment pool is maintained through our quality standard processes, with all equipment undertaking rigorous detailed cleaning and maintenance prior to being delivered because the health of our customer is our primary objective. Everything online is kept in-store. We prefer to help you choose the correct product and then try it out yourself before you have a wheelchair hire!
We at Gilani Mobility have Rent to Buy options which can give you peace of mind knowing that you can hire your desirable product (brand new) to try it out prior to purchasing. The hiring and delivery fee will be deducted from the purchase price excluding ($99.00 admin fee this is non-refundable) if you wish to proceed with the purchase.
That means that if you hire out one of our high quality wheelchairs, you will only have to pay the difference (some fees are not refundable) and the item is yours!
If you already know what you want and wish to have it delivered to you today. We will deliver it, even today! (SAME DAY express courier service available in Sydney metro).
Our hiring terms:
- minimum hiring period: Two weeks.
- A hire fee of $99.00 applies
- Products that are not for hire (due to hygienic reasons): All mattresses, Air Overlay Mattress, All Cushions and Commode Chairs.
- Our Bags and Baskets are only for hire when hiring one of our wheelchairs.
Our hiring steps and procedures:
- Choose your product: Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns
- Download the HIRING CONTRACT, fill up the form and submit it along with a copy of your ID at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Contact us when you wish to go ahead with the hire
- Once the payment is confirmed: We will book the item for delivery (if applicable, make sure your delivery address is correct)
- Please contact us two days prior to ending the hire period: You will receive an email with a Shipping Label please apply this sticker it on the box
- Once receiving the product back to our warehouse, one of our engineers/technicians will check the product for any damages or faults.
- In the final step, you will then receive a thank you email

You wish to try out a product prior to purchase? But you live in other state or you are not able to come and visit our showroom at Smithfield Sydney, we do have the solution for you!
- You need to consider all above mentioned hiring steps
- You try out the product in your own home environment min 14 days
- If you decide to purchase the product
- You can continue hiring the product to pay off the purchase price
- Or simply pay the remaining balance of the purchase
- Most of the hire fees will be reduced from the purchase price
